I gave it a try, but it just felt overpriced for the features you actually get (at least in my opinion). It worked fine enough, but I didn’t really feel like it was worth paying that much for.

The automation didn’t really come through for me. Most of the automations either failed or ran way later than expected, which was frustrating :/

"Feels unfinished and a bit misleading"
I tried Autom.com expecting it to handle more than just the really basic stuff, but it felt limited. A lot of the wording makes it sound like certain features or options are included, but then when you actually go to use them, they’re either not there or way more restricted than expected. It works fine for simple tasks, but I kept hitting walls with things I assumed would be standard. Not awful, just not as complete as it makes itself sound.

"The UI just didn’t feel that easy to use"
I tried autom.com i wanted to give it a fair shot, so I’m not just complaining for no reason. The interface felt kind of clunky to me, and some menus were harder to find than they should be.
A few buttons also weren’t super clear about what they actually did, so I ended up clicking around more than I expected. Maybe it makes sense once you’ve used it for a while, but as a newer user, it felt more confusing than it needed to.
It does work, so I’m not saying the whole thing is bad. I just think the layout needs some cleaning up because some parts feel crowded and others feel oddly empty. For me, it wasn’t terrible, just not as smooth or straightforward as I hoped

Support did get the issue fixed, but it took maybe an hour or two longer than I expected. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, just a little slow getting there.

I ended up getting charged more than I thought I would, and the pricing wasn’t clear from the start. When I reached out to support, they didn’t really explain where the extra charges came from, and it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue. I just kept getting passed around without a clear answer.

"Helpful docs and painless training"
I started using autom.com mostly by going through their docs, since I didn’t really have time to sit around figuring things out from scratch. They were easy to follow for the most part, and even when I didn’t get everything right on the first try, the examples made it simple to fix.
The training material was clear too, and thankfully not overly long, because my schedule was already packed. I was able to get my team comfortable with it quickly without turning it into some huge project.

It was easy enough to use overall, but a few parts were a bit confusing and made me pause for a second haha. Not a bad experience, just could be a little smoother.

It’s been working well for me so far. Nothing major to complain about, just a few small hiccups here and there. Overall, I’d say it’s been reliable.

Autom.com was okay to use, but I wouldn’t say it really stood out. Some parts were smooth, while other parts felt a little slow or confusing. I did get what I needed in the end, but I wasn’t super impressed. Also, I never got any follow-up after, which was disappointing.
